Mis-sold PPI claims have been made by thousands of people after they found themselves paying for a policy they did not need or ask for or that they would be unable to use.
Anyone with a loan, credit card or mortgage taken out in the past 10 years might have been a victim and they could make a claim, even if the debt has been paid off.
